Shipping & Returns

1. Once we receive your order it will be processed within 24 business hours. Order processing operates Monday - Friday (public holidays excluded). Orders received after 3pm AEST will be processed the following morning.

4. Yes, we offer Express Shipping for all of our Australian Customers. Simply select the Express shipping option at the checkout and your order will be processed as a priority. Express shipping delivery times are approximately 1 - 3 business days.

1. Our products are made in Australia with local and imported ingredients.

2. No, they do not. The Collagen Co. only uses natural colours, flavours and sweeteners.

3. Our packaging is recyclable (excluding individual sachets and pouches).

5. Yes. You can make larger batches of collagen with water and store in the fridge to consume at your convenience. Consume within 3-4 days.

6. Each tin of our Glow Shakes includes 14 full servings.
   If you’re enjoying two shakes a day, one tin will last a week. Prefer just one shake a day? Your tin will last two weeks.

2. When you subscribe, you’ll enjoy up to 20% off your favourite products, plus free shipping on every order, making it easier (and more affordable) to stay consistent with your collagen routine.

4. You can easily manage your subscription through your customer account by selecting “Manage your subscriptions.” From there, you’re free to update your products, delivery schedule, payment method, and shipping address, as well as view your upcoming orders, all in just a few clicks.

5. Subscription purchases are not eligible for additional sale discount codes, as they already include special subscription savings.

6. Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your subscription account dashboard and selecting the “Cancel subscription” option.

7. Our subscription service is currently available to customers in Australia and New Zealand. We’re working hard to expand subscriptions to more international locations and hope to make this available to additional countries in the future.

8. Yes, you can subscribe to as many products as you like. Simply select “Subscribe & Save” on each product you’d like to include, and your subscription savings will be automatically applied at checkout.

5. Hydrolysed collagen peptides are collagen proteins that have been broken down into smaller chains of amino acids. This process makes them easier for the body to digest and absorb, helping you get the most benefit from your collagen supplement.

8. Results can vary from person to person depending on lifestyle and consistency. However, many people begin to notice visible results in around 28 days when consuming 15 grams of collagen or more per day.

11. Collagen is derived from animal sources, which means it isn’t suitable for vegans. Our Marine Collagen, however, is sourced from fish scales and is suitable for those following a pescatarian diet.

12. We recommend speaking with your child’s doctor or healthcare professional before introducing collagen into their diet, as nutritional needs can vary from child to child.
