Meet Lauren Lamont, the Naked Chemist

Naked Chemist was founded by Lauren Lamont, a Cosmetic Chemist with a master’s degree in Pure and Applied Chemistry. She has published several articles in peer-reviewed journals, including the Journal of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, the Journal of Peptide Research and Therapeutics, and the Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic Review.

Lauren also holds a Diploma in Cosmetic Chemistry from the Society of Cosmetic Science South Africa, where she graduated top in the country and received the Norman Sanan Award for most innovative product design.

She currently works in the Personal Care Industry as a Research and Development Chemist, responsible for formulating new innovative and high-quality skincare and health products.
