Absolutely 100% unflavored. Yay! Absolutely 100% unflavored. Yay! I mixed this in hot cocoa after a brisk walk in the Chicago fall weather. It dissolved instantly (no clumping), and didn't affect the taste at all. I haven't used this for long enough to see its effects on my hair/skin/nails, but because it doesn't taste like anything, I know I will actually *use* it.

This is my second container of this collagen. I bought my first one because of the reviews saying it helped joints and muscles. I was having a lot of sciatica pain. I was also get foot and leg cramps regularly. I go to a daily aqua fit class. Before starting this collagen I was getting two ore more cramps per class. Now I rarely get one. I walk my dogs twice a day, for an hour, on some fairly rough ground. My sciatica made the first 1/2 mile pretty rough some days. Now I am not get the foot pain or the severe leg pain. I do still have some tingling in my feet, but not often. I don't know if this collagen is what helped me, but I'm not taking the chance of stopping it. Just before I started taking it I asked my doctor for some physical therapy, I went down hill quickly. I was in more pain. I quit and went back to my stretches. The strengthening exercises they thought I needed, one size fits all, did not do the trick. I really think combining my stretches with the aqua fit, walking and collagen has done the trick. I don't eat much meat, so must need this. A friend of mine has ordered some for her husband and herself, based on my experience.

Pretty pure. I use this with tap water the first day, and the taste is pretty good, no strange odor or flavor. No wonders! the product is derived from grass-fed beef, so it doesn't have strange flavors compared the ones extracted from fish. I am pretty confident with the quality. I add one scoop of powder into my coffee the other day, and I am surprised that it did not change the smell and taste of my coffee. Very satisfied!
